Scarlett Johansson's fiance Colin Jost jokes about getting married, says was 'so scared for so long'

Avengers: Endgame star Scarlett Johansson and her fiance Colin Jost are all set to walk down the aisle soon. However, Jost recently revealed that he wasn’t always a fan of getting married until he met Black Widow aka Scarlett Johansson. Scarlett and Colin's wedding, who put a ring on it in May this year, comes two years after the duo began dating. Colin, who has been a regular on Saturday Night Live, joked about marriage at one of his performances recently. 

According to a report in Page Six, Colin told the audiences that marriage is indeed a crazy thing. Joking about it, Colin said, "I’m getting married and it’s such a crazy thing." He went on to say, "I was so scared of marriage for so long because every time I talked to someone who just got married, or was about to get married, is like, ‘Oh my God, you got to do it … What could go wrong?'". 

Jost continued, “Then you talk to someone who’s been married for five years, and they’re like, ‘Don’t rush into it … you have your whole life ahead of you. Don’t have kids. They’re the worst.'” Johansson's publicist Marcel Pariseau had told The Associated Press that the couple, who have kept their relationship away from the limelight, are engaged and planning to tie the knot in soon.

Scarlett's engagement ring was the talk of the town when she was recently spotted wearing at the San Diego Comic Con. This will be Colin's first wedding. Whereas, for Scarlett it will be her third time down the aisle.
